Our returns policy allows for a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regrettably cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

  • Perishable goods
  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package your items securely with all original packaging

Important: Please note that the return shipping address may differ from the original dispatch address. Always use the return address provided by our customer service team.
